Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands (December 13, 2010) – Agar Corporation LTD (ACL) is pleased to announce the opening of a new branch in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By opening the branch, ACL is better able to serve the growing need for advanced solutions that increase the efficiency and safety of oil production and processing. ACL now maintains a regional sales and service center for its process measurement and control solutions in the Middle East.

This new branch was established in the coastal community of Al Khobar, which is centrally located to many of Agar's customers. The office will expand the capabilities currently offered through the Company's Abu Dhabi location and the two offices will work together closely to provide top notch service and customer support.

The staff of the new branch in Saudi Arabia, Agar Corporation Saudi Arabia (ACSA), look forward to being able to respond to customer needs more quickly and efficiently.

The new branch will be staffed with two field service engineers and one applications engineer. The Saudi Arabian office is the seventh global extension of Agar Corporation LTD Cayman. The other locations are in the U.S., Canada, Venezuela, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Indonesia, and Malaysia.
